Create a support ticket
Simply fill in the details below and click ‘Create Ticket’. We will then send you a quick email notification with your ticket ID. We aim to come back to you within 48 hrs once you have raised a ticket.
Our normal working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and we are closed on public holidays. That means any tickets raised after 5pm on a Friday or before a public holiday will not be seen until the next working day.

How support tickets workWhat happens to my ticket once the issue is resolved?
Once we have helped you and resolved any problems you may have, your ticket will be closed. Don’t worry, tickets can always be started again by replying to our initial email response.
Your details are stored in a safe and secure off-site support ticketing system called “Zendesk”, and information is never shared outside of the Customer Support Team, Technical Support Team, or any other relevant departments. We will only contact you in response to enquiries.
What if the ticket form is not working on my device?
We optimise our ticket forms for every device, but if for some reason it isn’t working, you can email the Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org we will help you fill out the form.
